Lightship is the first all-electric, all-American RV company, founded by ex-Tesla and Rivian leadership. The first model, the AE.1, combines an electric drive unit and an aerodynamic telescoping body, allowing EV or ICE truck owners to keep their factory range.
Starting with the company around it’s inception, I created foundational design work, then as Design Director, I scaled and lead a world-class multi-disciplinary design team across Exterior, Interior, and Accessories.
We started production in-house in Colorado in 2025.
